I guess what he means is, not only does he "still don't have five votes" to do things the Bill Peduto Way for ever and ever amen ... but we "still don't have five votes" for a recovery plan period.
I think this will all happen on Tuesday. I hope the Act 47 coordinators are there. That would be incredibly helpful.
Did any of these folks ever hear of the sunshine act? does anyone else in the burgosphere have any concerns of these back room meetings?
